(B.) You have sufficient financial resources during your stay.
(C.) Your visa has not yet expired.

How should I apply for extension of stay?
You will file and send an email to USCIS stating the reason for your stay and application. You will prove that your extended stay will be temporary and after extended period you will be back to your home country. If you are an employee, you have to show the letter form employer stating business needs and financial support to the person staying here. You will show your valid passport and photographs. You may be asked to attend interviews for confirming that you do not tend to stay here permanently.

Once you provide all evidences and proved that your stay is necessary and you will be back to your home country; you will be granted visa extension.
